Stacie Barrett Stacie Barrett oversees internal communications and global events for Domino's Pizza and is responsible for digital and in-person communication to franchisees and organizational team members worldwide. She specializes in integrating messages from all areas of the organization into simple, coherent and digestible communications.

Barrett played a key role in the launch of the Domino's new pizza in 2009, leading internal communication efforts that included a nationwide road show to build support among the franchisees. She has built a team that strategically tells stories through a robust intranet, lighthearted newsletters, compelling video and world-class events. Currently she leads the organization's Worldwide Rally, an event translated into eight languages that brings over 6,000 franchisees and team members from more than 80 countries to Las Vegas for education, inspiration and celebration.

She began her career at Valassis. She holds a business degree from the University of Michigan. She and her husband Carl reside in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Alison Davis Alison Davis is founder and CEO of Davis & Company, the award-winning employee communication firm that for more than 30 years has helped leading companies—such as Johnson & Johnson, Motorola Solutions, Nestlé, Roche and Rogers Communications—reach, engage and motivate their employees. Davis sets strategic direction for the firm, consults with clients on their toughest communication challenges and leads development of new products and services.

She has written or edited these groundbreaking books: "49 ways to improve employee communications," "The Definitive Guide to HR Communication," and "Your Attention, Please." She is a former online columnist for The New York Times and frequently writes articles for leading business and trade publications. A seasoned blogger, she is the author of the company's Insights Blog and writes an online column for Inc.

A sought-after speaker on communication issues, Davis has led sessions for organizations such as Public Relations Society of America, The Conference Board, Society of Human Resource Management and The International Association of Business Communicators. She earned her B.A. from Douglass College, Rutgers and the State University of New Jersey.
Karen B. Clay Karen B. Clay is a passionate marketing and communications leader. She brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications and events, change management and brand building across a diverse range of private, public and nonprofit organizations including IBM, Siemens, Spelman College and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

Karen is known for successfully developing startup and early-phase PR along with internal communications and employee engagement efforts, usually with lean teams on a shoestring budget. She is especially passionate about the intersection between organizations and their causes, and equipping them to connect with their employees, their clients and the communities they serve. As head of internal communications, she works along with her team to ensure that employees and key stakeholders are connected to the brand through strategic communications, key events and employee engagement initiatives.

She recently served on the Public Relations Society of America's national communications section, and previously served on the boards of the United Way Youth Development Council and the American Marketing Association, Atlanta Chapter.

A native of Los Angeles, she lives in Atlanta with her husband and three children.
