How do I access the webinar?

  • Once you order the webinar, you will receive a registration link. Instructions are e-mailed immediately after you complete your online registration form.
  • If you order by phone, the registration link will be sent via e-mail from your customer service representative.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation or registration link yet?

  • Check your SPAM or Junk mail folder, occasionally the email can be mistaken as SPAM.
  • Make sure you are checking the e-mail account you provided during registration.

How do I get the presentation handouts?

  • Once you register online for the webinar, you will receive an email with a link to the handout page.
  • Please bookmark this link and return to it on the event date to obtain your handouts. If handouts are not available on this page on the event date, call customer service at 800.878.5331 or 312.960.4100.

When should I log in?

  • The moderator opens the webinar approximately 30 minutes prior to the event. You will receive a reminder email when the event is open. If you log in before this time, the system will not allow you to enter the event.

Who do I contact if I have trouble accessing the webinar?

What if I can't make the scheduled date and time?

  • If you can't attend one of our live events don't worry—we capture all the information for you through an optional On-Demand recording. On-Demand Recordings are accessible on any internet connected device with a web browser.

When will I get my On-Demand recording of the webinar?

  • The On-Demand recording are typically made available to attendees 3-7 business days after the event date.
